Hi, I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m a licensed psychologist with a doctorate in school psychology and over a decade of experience working in schools. While the students were always my primary client, I often found that I also enjoyed supporting adults within the larger system. As I prepared to start my own family, I ended up facing significant challenges with infertility, whilst in the throes of a pandemic. After transitioning away from the school setting and into private practice, I feel pulled to help others walking the same infertility path I found myself on, seemingly out of nowhere.
I recently pursued advanced training in perinatal mental health and specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating the emotional complexities of infertility. I understand firsthand how isolating, overwhelming, emotionally exhausting, and physically taxing the process can be. There is so much to learn, so many acronyms to remember, and so many ups and downs along the way. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, supported, empowered, and understood — no matter where you are in your journey.
Whether you’re just beginning to explore fertility options, coping with loss, or finding peace with the unexpected twists and turns of the journey, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, understanding, insight, and care.
Outside of infertility, I also am passionate in continuing to work with children and adolescents to help them manage day-to-day stressors and provide them a space to be comfortable being themselves.
I can’t wait to meet you!
