Ashley is a compassionate and experienced psychologist who is passionate about helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges. With advanced degrees from Seton Hall University and a Doctorate in Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Ashley brings both deep expertise and genuine care to her work.
She supports clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, anger management, social skills, school-related issues, and learning differences. Whether you're a parent seeking guidance for your child, or an adult looking for support, Ashley creates a safe, supportive space where lasting growth can happen.
Ashley also specializes in psychological assessments, which help uncover a person’s unique cognitive strengths and areas for growth. These insights guide personalized recommendations that can make a real difference—both academically and emotionally.
Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trained at the doctoral level in neuropsychological evaluation, Ashley helps clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and build healthier habits for a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Marion Fitzgerald Richardson earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University - Silver School of Social Work, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey, and holds a NJ School Social Work Certification from the Department of Education.
Marion practices from a strengths-based approach and utilizes several modalities when working with clients, including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, and mindfulness to increase self-regulation, coping skills, and social-emotional skills. She specializes in working with clients of all ages experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, attention/behavioral issues, low self-esteem, grief/loss, and family changes. Marion is certified in Mindfulness from MindfulSchools.org, Parent Management Training from the Yale Child Study Center, as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Marion creates a safe space for clients by using empathy and encouragement to assist them in navigating through life’s challenges to find healing and achieve fulfillment.
Dr. Varma has been in practice for over 10 years and specialize in medication treatments for ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, Autism spectrum disorder and tic disorders. She pursues a working alliance with families, schools, therapists, and pediatricians, including the review of prior assessments, as the basis of the treatment plan. Dr. Varma’s approach is to start with a thorough diagnosis and formulate a plan that includes medications, psychotherapy, diet, exercise, sleep hygiene, lab work and other lifestyle modifications to provide an individual treatment plan for each of my patients.
Erin earned a Bachelors degree from Muhlenberg College, where she majored in psychology and received her elementary teaching certification. She went on to obtain her Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D.) in school psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) at Rutgers University. She is a licensed psychologist in the state of New Jersey, as well as a certified school psychologist. Additionally, Erin is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Recently, Erin earned her Perinatal Mental Health Certificate (PMH-C) and is passionate in helping those navigating infertility.
She has over a decade of experience assisting school-aged children and young adults in recognizing their potential and identifying ways to help them realize it. She is trauma informed and helps individuals in the areas of coping skills, goal setting, self-regulation, accountability, mood and anxiety disorders, self-esteem, social issues, executive functioning, and learning difficulties. Additionally, she has worked with individuals with autism spectrum disorders in many different settings. Erin also specializes in psychological assessments, from which she can derive meaningful academic, behavioral, and social emotional interventions. She is well-versed in special education and crisis intervention.
